About Nancy Black
Nancy Black is a Professional Organizer who helps individuals, home-owners, business owners, and business executives become more organized, more effective, and more productive.
She was a pioneer in the Professional Organizing Industry when she founded Organization Plus in 1983. She most often works with clients from the Greater Boston Massachusetts area, Central Massachusetts, North Shore, and also throughout Southern New Hampshire. Nancy also now offers "Virtual Organizing" to clients no matter where they are - anywhere in the world!
Her unique "Three Hour Transformation" has literally changed people's lives in as little as 180 minutes. It can change yours too if you suffer from general disorganization, "clutter chaos," the "terrible toos" (too much to do and too little time), or need to turn your "piles into files."
She is a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and in 1994 was the recipient of the National Association of Professional Organizers President’s Award. Her client list ranges from cellar dwellers to senior business executives at the top of the John Hancock building in Boston, Massachusetts.
Nancy has appeared on major network TV and has been featured in Entrepreneur and Family Circle magazines. In the Forbes FYI Supplement she was listed among the Organizational Elite and has been quoted in The New York Times.
She has worked with many clients who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and is recommended as a resource at the prestigious Hallowell Center (http://www.drhallowell.com/).
In the organizing book, "Cut the Clutter and Stow the Stuff: The Q.U.I.C.K. Way to Bring Lasting Order to Household Chaos," by Lori Baird, Nancy is listed as a Clutter-Cutting Expert. Her tips can be found in the Home Office chapter. In "Organizing Plain & Simple," by Donna Smallin, Nancy is listed under Contributing Experts. Her organizing tips can be found in the chapters on Family Room and Managing Yourself.
Nancy served on the National Board of the National Association of Professional Organizers for 5 years and is an active member of many North Shore business groups and associations. She has served as an advisory board member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).
"I have known Nancy Black for many years and admired her business savvy. Finally, my office was just too much and I turned to her to help me create order out of the chaos. Frankly I didn’t think it was possible. But in two mornings she showed me and we did it - and it’s just amazing. Efficiency is really a function of order. It is much easier now to focus on what needs to be done, to find what I need, and to enjoy my surroundings. I’m more efficient and effective. So thank you, Nancy. You’ve performed a small miracle."

“I am so comfortable working with you because of your flexibility and versatility to create systems that are compatible with our learning and life styles. I'm thrilled to see our granite counter tops again and our organized kitchen “junk drawers ” with labeled sections. I always feel better after you’ve been here.”
